When will my order be processed?
We process and pack your order within 3 working days after placing it. We will email you with your tracking number once your order is ready to be dispathed
How long will delivery take?
We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as we can. We work with Fastway Couriers and they usually deliver 24-48h after collecting your order. However due to the current circumstances with Covid-19 and Brexit they are experiencing some delays and your order can be delayed a few more days. We track all orders daily and if you haven’t received your order in 7 working days (which is unusual) we will contact Fastway to get an update and inform you straight away.
What if I am not at home when the couriers attend to deliver my order?
Fastway Couriers will leave your parcel outside your home if it’s safe to do so or with a neighbour. If they can’t safely leave your parcel outside they will take it back to the depot and try again at a later time.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. We will email you a tracking number once your order is packed and you can track it any time.
What if my parcel gets lost?
We are allowing a 3 weeks waiting time before we fully replace a lost order. It should never take this long but during busy periods it can get lost in the Fastway depot for a few extra days (which is extremely unusual). Passed 3 weeks we will send you a new order if we have the items in stock or refund / replace what we don’t have. We track all parcels daily so if we notice an unusual delay we will contact Fastway and update you with any information.
