Siblings Discount
25% discount on each additional ticket booked for a sibling attending the same session. The first ticket will be charged at full price. Siblings under 12 months attend for free (please note that if you are only bringing one baby between 6 and 12 months, the full price will apply).
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are not available for play sessions. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours before your session, we can reschedule it for another week (one-time rescheduling only). No rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours of the session start time. Thank you for your understanding!
