Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
You can contact us to arrange a refund for your product if you change your mind when you see it and up to 7 days later. The Product and packaging MUST BE in a brand new condition completely untouched. Refund fee is 5.50eur and you will have to print the label and bring it to your local post office. Refund will be issued once product is checked back with us and we will notify you by email.
What if my products are broken or faulty?
All of our orders are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if they get damaged on the way or there is a faulty piece in it you can contact us within 48h and send us pictures of the broken / faulty items. If item is faulty or broke on the way to your home we will replace it within 24h if we have it in stock or you might have to wait for our supplier to send a replacement. If that is not possible we will issue a refund straight away. If there is something missing in your order (which is very rare) or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, you have up to 3 days to let us know. Passed those 3 days we won't be able to replace or refund any items.
