Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

As of 11th March 2025 - we are no longer accepting returns unless the product is broken or faulty. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

What if my products are broken or faulty?

All of our orders are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if they get damaged on the way or there is a faulty piece in it you can contact us as soon as possible after receiving your items and send us pictures of the broken / faulty items. If item is faulty or broke on the way to your home we will replace it within 24h if we have it in stock. If that is not possible we will issue a refund straight away.
