Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

You can contact us to arrange a refund for your product if you change your mind when you see it and up to 14 days later. The Product and packaging MUST BE  in a brand new condition completely untouched and the collection fee will be taken off the refund due (€9 ). Refund will be issued once product is checked back with us.

What if my products are broken or faulty?

All of our orders are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if they get damaged on the way or there is a faulty piece in it you can contact us within 48h and send us pictures of the broken / faulty items. If item is faulty or broke on the way to your home we will replace it within 24h if we have it in stock or you might have to wait for our supplier to send a replacement. If that is not possible we will issue a refund straight away.
